At our restaurant, we offer exquisitely prepared eel dishes paired with carefully selected wines. Our Hamachi unagi is “jiyaki” style, meaning it’s grilled directly without steaming. This method results in eel that is plump and succulent on the inside, with a fragrant and crispy skin. Please indulge in the perfect harmony created by the rich flavor of our unagi and the exquisite aroma of our wines.
