使用火力均匀、少烟且高温持久的“备长炭”慢火细烤，
由匠人手工掌火，佐以浓厚甘美的秘传酱汁，
使鱼肉外焦内嫩，回味绵长。

We use high-quality domestic products, mainly eel from Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture.Our skilled chefs grill it to perfection and finish it off with a rich, sweet secret sauce.

奉上多道式日式怀石料理。
午餐限定的轻盈套餐，为日常生活增添色彩。
而“濱千私选套餐（ｏｍａｋａｓｅ）”则为纪念日、聚会等重要时刻带来非凡享受。

A special, luxurious time

Kagurazaka Hamasen offers course meals by reservation only. The short course, available only at lunchtime, will enrich your everyday life, while the Hamasen Chef’s Choice Course promises a luxurious experience for special occasions.
